At the very beginning when seeing his ad, of course feeling a little skeptical, we quickly learned that CHRIS was a man of his word- being very prompt with our first meeting- letting us be aware of his arrival time 30 minutes prior to our appointment, as well as his attitude, being very PROFESSIONAL, Polite, and an all around very Friendly guy. Several samples were brought out to our home as he measured our floor area that needed replaced as well as took his time while we asked lots of questions and without hesitation had the right answers. With a major expense and remodel we ALWAYS check out everything prior to meeting with anyone to make sure we are getting honest answers as well as feeling comfortable with who we will be working with during this process ON A DAILY BASIS.
