My wife and I experienced a flood situation and needed their expert cleaning capabilities with both modern and especially Persian rugs. They picked all the rugs up, cleaned them and were able to store them during our extensive renovation/restoration ordeal. What a please to do business with on the service side and their selection of antique and modern rugs is extraordinary. 4 months agoGreat experience. They crew came out and got this pet stained rug and treated it with their best products. First time this rug has been cleaned in 20 years and it now looks brand new. We got a good pad from Ashley too and rug feels as good as it looks . They will always be our go-to rug guys. Eager to see their showroom also. -

Whether you're in need of a new rug or already have an old favorite that could use some proper care & cleaning & TLC, the folks at Ashly will take excellent care of you. This is a true family owned & operated business and they treat their customers like part of their family. Their work is exceptional, their prices are most reasonable (considering the talent involved I'd say they are a downright bargain!) and they are extremely honorable in the way they conduct business. They are true to their word and can be trusted to fulfill any task or obligation they commit to and most likely they will vastly surpass your expectations. I can't state enough what an absolute pleasure it was to work with these fine folks. They performed miracles on cleaning & restoring two of my largest rugs and I now have them for years & years of additional enjoyment. I'd give Ten Gold Stars if I could! PS - Their Rug Pads are incredible and beat anything you'll find online! -

4 months agoHad a wonderful experience start to finish! I called to get information about cleaning a hand knotted wool Serena & Lily rug, spoke to Helena who gave me all the information I needed! They picked up the rug and then delivered it today looking brand new! They also offered a custom rug pad so I did that as well. This is a local family run business we will continue to call every time! They exceeded expectations. Planning to visit their showroom soon.
