2 years agoAbout a year ago, I had 1 room with carpet steam cleaned and deodorized by a big name carpet cleaning company. They were expensive and the quality of work was average. When I needed this carpet cleaned again, I decided to give a small business a shot and do my entire home. Trusting the 5 star reviews Steam Solutions had, I sent a text for a quote and within minutes received a response. This company was better priced and responsive so I scheduled the appointment. The customer service and quality of work was impeccable! Stains I didn't expect to come out are gone. Gabriel advised that it was possible the stain might appear again once it dried, but nope! A month later, my carpet still looks fresh and clean. He showed up on time, was very accommodating, helped move furniture at no extra charge, even left shoe covers for us to keep! There's a reason this company has 5 star reviews! I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them going forward! -
