They scheduled within a week of signing on and arrived right within their scheduled timing. Their quote was competitively priced (we got a few). I was a bit hesitant to pay anything upfront, as I don't typically do that and it didn't appear they were BBB rated, but it didn't end up being a big deal and I appreciated their soft wash approach. -
