5 years agoElectrical scope was never completed and Rick seldom answers my calls and never returns my calls. My builder, Southern Cottage, will not provide any assistance now that my final payment to them has been made. Unfinished scope includes standby generator installation and two incomplete circuits. I am now forced to pursue another contractor and pay for the work to be completed again. -

14 years ago$80 Rick answers his cell phone and calls back right away if you leave a message. He was able to fit in our job on a busy day. He brought two men who were professional and worked hard. We were very pleased with his work. He did a project for us in the summer to run and electrical line to a pond pump. He gave us directions about calling locator services as well as what we needed to know for our job. -

14 years ago$3,000 Rick and his crew are top notch. This home remodel took me almost a year with lots of changes as it was my first stab at being my own GC (never again). Consequently I had to make numerous quick changes as I rambled on through the process. Rick and crew were absolutely fantastic at accomodating my last minute requests. They were very timely and I felt like they put my needs first. I can think of a couple of occasions where I called them that morning and they were there that same day to bail me out and keep construction going (removing an outlet so the tile floor could be finished, getting 220 electrical available for the floor sanding and refinishing etc). The whole crew was very professional and good natured. The finished work looks better than I had envisioned and they were very competitive with the other quotes I received. For my money they were a tremendous value and I would insist that they do any future electrical work on any home that I have. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any electrical needs. -
