8 years agoPieter responded to my early morning email inquiry with a phone call almost as fast as I sent it out. He gave a no nonsense, reasonable price quotation immediately over the phone based on square footage and description of the work. And, he stopped by that same morning to confirm the job. His guys were out the next day and finished (a second coat was needed to finish a day later, again, without complication). He communicated by text just as I requested and no complications or delays ensured. This was the cleanest logistics I have ever dealt with on any project or any sized involving scheduling a home repair/visit/inspection, etc. As for the job... Perfect. The price is only a 4 of 5 since Pieter does have a minimum and anyone would expect. However, comparing his price with others, I am more inclined to give him a 5 even there. He said he would discount me on future work on my home, and I will be taking him up on that within a year or 2. Highly recommend Pieter, highly. -

8 years agoPieter Rousseau is very professional and did very high quality installation of underlayment, waterproof vinyl planks, and base moulding throughout the condo including the kitchen and bathroom. It passed the sound test and looks beautiful. The work was completed in a timely manner. Pieter arousseau and his crew are very friendly and easy to communicate with.
