1 month agoThe technician who cleaned my carpets was courteous and professional. He stated that if there were any lingering pet urine issues he would return to re treat the affected areas at no additional cost. He completed the service around 11:00 a.m. The carpets were extremely damp so I set up fans to assist with drying. By 4:00 p.m. family members arrived for my sister's birthday and immediately noticed a strong wet dog urine odor throughout the home. Because of the smell we left and went out to dinner. Once settled at the restaurant I texted the same number I had originally contacted to report the ongoing pet urine odor. Shortly after I received a call from a man who sounded elderly and was clearly agitated. He stated I had never disclosed pet urine and claimed there was an additional charge for that service. I explained that he was aware of the issue and that I had personally shown the technician Jayden the affected areas. He then asked how much I was charged. I told him 100 dollars. He stated this was not the price discussed on Facebook. I informed him that I do not have Facebook and had not communicated with anyone there. Throughout the call he repeatedly addressed me by the wrong name Brandy which is not my name. I ended the call as I was still at dinner with my family. About an hour later I received a text offering to return on Saturday to correct areas not properly treated. The original service had been performed on Tuesday. I declined because my husband had already arranged for another company to come out that same evening to address the excessive moisture left in the carpet. Which they were able to fix. The technician was professional and easy to communicate with. However the individual handling calls and messages demonstrated poor customer service. This was not an attempt to obtain free services and we would have paid any additional charge if required. Due to the unprofessional communication and overall handling of the situation I would not recommend this company nor allow them back into my home. -
