1 year agoDo Not Delay, contact Roberto to clean your carpets!! I called him a week ago and he came by within a day or two to inspect the job. We have 100% wool carpet that's 15 years old and had never been cleaned. It was rippling in two corners and he recommended that we have the carpet stretched and trimmed before the cleaning. He referred me to a carpet installer who made an appointment within two days. Roberto came back the following day with Neto to clean the carpet, the stairs, an area rug and a floor rug. He used two types of fans to fully dry the carpet. He knew exactly what to use for wool and there is no odor or purfumey smell. The carpet looks amazing! I'm just sorry I didn't know him sooner. Super nice guy who knows his business! You will not be dissapointed. I Strongly recommend this business I only took before pics of the corners (first 2 pics) pics 3-5 are after w/ fans still in place. Excellent communication from start to finish. -
