8 months agoStay far away from this guy, if he tells you Tuesday morning he actually means Wednesday afternoon, he doesn't ever stop talking and acts like the 30 seconds it took you to try to explain the job cost him 5 years of his life, I would trust Casey Anthony babysitting my kids before I trust this guy in my house to fix any of my appliances -

Showed up 3.5 hrs late to 1st appt, then said it would be next day at 5pm, finally called me at 930pm with some BS story and promised to be out between 530-6pm.....no show. No reply to texts and vmbox is full. Plus he talked more than he worked when he was diagnosing the problem. Terribly unprofessional business practices. -

1 year agoThis is the first time I ever contacted an appliance repairman. I usually just skip the hassle and buy a new fridge instead. So my fridge wasn't cooling anymore and I called and scheduled an appointment. He gave me a diagnostic of what 3 things that COULD be the issue WITHOUT opening the back and check it. If I wanted him to open the back and check it then I would have to agree to start the repair and he would SCHEDULE ANOTHER GUY to come "Fix" it. Wasted an hour of my time just to hear the guy talk talk talk. -

1 year agoCaution! Darryl was not able to repair my ice maker. He said he would research and get back with me. I paid the service call. That was 2 weeks ago! He is not responding to my text.
