Most recently he installed a new water heater. It was an emergency situation and he was kind enough to fit this service in as soon as possible. I trust Kevin and appreciate his service and loyalty. -

7 months agoI hired Kevin to purchase and install what I he said were custom retractable patio shades. Over the course of a month, I received a series of shifting explanations for delays. However, the photo he sent matched a readily available, in-stock item on Amazon when I used Google Reverse Image Search. When he finally arrived to install the shades, I asked where they had been purchased. He gave the name of a company that supposedly offers a lifetime warranty, but upon checking, I found that company doesn't carry the product I received. I requested the invoice to confirm the purchase and warranty coverage, which was never provided. When I followed up by email, he claimed he had confused my order with another client's. At this point, I no longer felt I was being dealt with honestly or professionally. When I asked for clarification, he became defensive rather than offering any documentation to ease my concerns. I would not recommend this business. My experience was defined by miscommunication, delays, and a clear lack of transparency. -

7 months agoLike others have mentioned, Kevin's work is sloppy and he is inattentive and evasive. When confronted, he resorted to racial slurs and threats against me, my wife and kids. This was the most concerning and disturbing part of our experience with him.
