On multiple service calls through my property management company, Lula charged $99 diagnostic fees and advised replacing appliances or systems that were later confirmed to be functioning properly. One washing machine repair was quoted at an $800 replacement only, yet fixed independently for $100. An HVAC system was recommended for full replacement at over $7,000, despite a second opinion from the HVAC installer and certified warranty repair contractor confirming no failure and unit was heating properly. These were not isolated incidents. As a rental property owner, I ultimately paid hundreds of dollars simply to disprove incorrect assessments. Diagnostic visits are understandable - inaccurate and exaggerated recommendations are not. Property owners should proceed with caution. -

1 month agoHad a serious heating problem, inducer motor went out in the middle of this with this blizzard so for several days, I had to rep resort to turning the switch on and off and getting the heat in my house, but thank God, Lula home maintenance came and corrected the problem, fast and effectively. I am totally happy with the work that they did with their worker and the professional professionalism of their work thank you Lula will use you again when I need you and and recommend all those who have problems with their home, call Lula they'll take care of the maintenance.
