3 weeks agoSo far we've had this service for 2 weeks and the trash has not been picked up one time. They said they had a truck breakdown which I get will slow things down but when I call in I'm just being told that we didn't have the trash out when we clearly had it out the day before they were supposed to come take it. I guess the issue was funny though because the lady on the phone because the lady on the phone will just tell you what you did or did not do and then just laugh when you have an issue with not having the service provided that you're paying for. Edit: that wasn't me on the phone when you credited the account and yes the trash was out there but you guys keep saying it wasn't which is exactly what the review is about so I'm very glad you're doing this in the review so people can see that it's happening. And I was on the phone call with the lady nobody else was so it's amazing to me how you know what happened on the phone call you were not there for and if we had our trash out which we did but you weren't even there. If you're worried about sharing the entire story then here it is: my brother paid for the service which he did not receive regardless of what happened on the company end, called in to the company to see what's happening and then is told he didn't have his trash out on the curb when we definitely did, then is told that the truck is broken down but it'll get picked up soon which didn't happen, and then this morning I (a separate person from my brother believe it or not) called in for the FIRST time because I'm trying to see what's up with the trash service so we can throw our trash outside in the receptacle like planned but I met with annoyance because I'm calling trying to see why the service that's being paid for is not being provided quite literally getting laughed at when I'm saying well it wasn't picked up and then repeatedly being told that what we were saying is not true and we did not have our trash on the curb. -

3 months agoI called because I heard they were family owned and I was interested in starting business with them because of that reason. However, the lady on the phone did not sound interested nor welcoming when I was asking questions about the rates they had. She would repeat my question as if it was a dumb question. When I told her "Thank you , I will get back with you if the service is needed." Then she said "okay" and hanged up on me . If they are already acting as if they are entitled, imagine when hiring them. Not worth the headache. This of course is my own experience. I quickly came to search for the reviews because I could not believe she had talked to me that way. Then , I see that it has been an issue and it's sad that nothing has been done about it. -

5 months agoVery unprofessional came up to a road construction and destroyed new asphalt. Then proceeded to say not his fault when clearly you can see someone waving you down yelling for you to stop. Would not do business with these people. -

6 months agoWhen calling to inquire about new service, the woman on the phone made it seem as if I was asking her to run into a burning building to save a paperclip. Like... HOW. DARE. YOU...ask me to do my job!! Listen lady - If you're THAT freaking miserable, QUIT!! A job is a choice. You made that choice on that day, so for the sake of the rest of us, make a different choice next time; even though it's incredibly generous of you, please don't try to share your misery with others- I know, they say that misery loves company, but no thanks. I feel like I can confidently speak for the 99% when I say that I absolutely NEVER want to deal with THAT each time I need to make an inquiry. In fact, we're also uninterested in ever encountering an attitude like that again. I guarantee that this woman will EASILY be the basis for MANY loyal customers to find services elsewhere and you can guarantee, after hearing that attitude, most potential new customers are going to drop and run. I know I did. The base of your customer retention issues is definitely not a mystery, there is a tangible source for their departure. A manager or owner or just someone there needs to take 3min to pose as a potential new customer on the phone and ask more than just one or two questions and let the crazy commence (apparently its pretty consistent but occasionally you'll get someone else). I'd totally understand if it was just one or two difficult customers trying to sabotage your rating but the stories all remain very similar to one another and there's one constant factor that shows up in nearly every 1-star review: the lady who answers most of the phone calls. It's not difficult to see exactly where all your customer relation issues are coming from and it's definitely a dead weight that is pulling the business down- she is not only scaring away new potential customers, but also in her treatment of current, long-term existing customers who had otherwise remained loyal for years. I've heard a few times about a 5+ year customers who called with just a question or two and just based on how they were treated for a simple question, ended that phone call by canceling their service. That's just crazy- if I were the owner, I'd be mortified by such terrible representation! I'll leave it here but have no doubt, I could keep going for awhile based on everything I've seen and heard. There's still time to keep your company's dignity above water if you just do a little bit of front-of-the-house cleaning...in fact, you could very well THRIVE without that anchor and the limitations that accompany it -
