12 years agoHis work was outstanding. I gave him a "B" on Punctuality because he is so busy sometime he needs to work jobs into his schedule, but when he says he is going to be there he always is. I have use many contractors and as a Project Manager, I am very picky. One thing that impressed me with his work he cleaned up his work area every day leaving things nice and clean before leaving. Also, he was not a slave to the clock, if you need him to stay late and finish a detail, he does so. After that remodel, he restored the Lexan roof on my deck and made my deck once again serviceable after a major storm. I no longer hunt around for any other contractor. If I need any type of Job, I simply call Steve and he see to it that what I need is done.
