City Home Improvement has always been honest, trustworthy, and as on time as one can be given all the unforseen elements that can pop up. The current project(completed last month) was done exactly to our specifications. It is absolutely beautiful! Jerry explained each step and was easy to talk with. The crew was fast paced, thorough, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are completely pleased with their work and will use CHI for any future projects. -

7 years agoSince 1990, they have done almost all the work on my house. I have never worked with a group that is so dedicated, and so responsive. Ron was here to inspect often and the work was done quickly and well. Every evening, everything was cleaned up. It was SOOOO easy. Now I always start every project with a call to them. -

8 years agoCity Home Improvement was recommended to us by our roofing company after they discovered several damaged rafters and dry rot on a support beam. Repair required bracing the roof, removal of exterior siding, removal of interior brickwork on our fireplace, replacement of leak-damaged ceiling panels, and other steps. The work was done in a very careful and meticulous way to avoid further damage to windows around the beam, the ceiling, rafters and other structural supports. Among other things, we were able to install a mantel on the fireplace--not possible in its old configuration. The result is a reinforced structural support, a nicer fireplace, repainting of affected areas, replacement of damaged ceiling panels, replacement of lost insulation, and cleaned brickwork. A very nicely done job. -

9 years agoI wouldn't call it remodeling, but they did a lot of work, they went above and beyond what I expected. They're wonderful. The price kind of choked me up but I thought it was very fair. I have used them over the years, I will use them again. I say before you do anything else talk to that company, because they are completely honest, they come back and repair anything that for a year, there's a year guarantee. They've always been very responsive, they're great, I wouldn't do anything in this house without them. -
