2 years ago5 stars is Not Enough for this Amazing Company!! Although this is the first time I've used this company, I will Absolutely use them for ALL of my future needs! I called many companies before finding Bartlett Tree Experts (my husband remembered them as Buena Vista Arborists, as he's heard Nothing but great things about them, so I finally called them). All of the other companies that I called before finding them, either never bothered calling me back, or couldn't help me out until "at least" next week. I had an apple tree fall on my electrical line to my Pump House. I have a boarding stable, so Obviously water is Extremely important! Michael came Right out and got a crew together for us right away. Simon, Tanner and Garrett were absolutely Amazing!! Extremely professional and efficient, as well as Very careful with All of my existing plants that I was trying to save! I can't say enough good things about Michael and his crew! Thanks soo much! And I will see all of you guys again soon! (We have More work to be done! And now that I have a Tree company that I can rely on and trust, I will 100% have them back again!!!) -

3 years agoBartlett Tree Service removed 3 trees from my property. The trees were very large and in a tight spot. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. From the quote on the job by Brian, to the crew who worked for the 3 days on the job, it was all done professionally. Did a great job on the cleanup also. Plus my neighbors all enjoyed the show. I would definitely recommend this company. -

4 years agoI contacted Buena Vista Arbor Care after a friend noticed some branches splitting on a tree growing close to our house. Buena Vista arrived to take a look. They were knowledgeable and I was impressed with their honesty and candor. He took photos and immediately sent me an estimate, which I could then present to our HOA. I had several estimates from different companies and chose Buena Vista because of their professionalism. I had two trees removed and then on another day stump grinding. On both days they arrived promptly, were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up the site very well. I was so impressed. I would recommend them. -

4 years agoBuena Vista Arbor Care was great. They showed up for the estimate and let me know what they could do and then showed up to do the work and got the job done. Their rates were better than other companies I got quotes from and they were extremely friendly and professional. I appreciated that they kept in communication with me all day and didn't shut down the crew at a certain time. Overall, I was very pleased and will use them again soon. -

4 years agoThe team from Buena Vista Arbor Care were very professional and did great work. The arborist quickly came out to look at the job and provide a clear estimate and discuss options for the needed work. The removal team were very efficient and did a great job of safely removing the trees and the stump grinder was quick to come out and remove the stumps. The office staff can be difficult to reach on the phone but were quick to respond to emails. I would not hesitate to use Buena Vista Arbor Care again in the future.
