8 years agoYes, I recommend this pro$27,000$Estimate included a CAD drawing, which I personally believe is important on large projects. Work started and was completed on schedule. They have a "design center" where I could look at deck, railing and lighting samples that weren't just 8 inch blocks of building material. The quality of the completed project is fantastic. -

10 years agoIan (the owner) is the person standing behind his products and services. From the beginning to the end, his team was always on time and finished the project as scheduled. During the project, the dumpster company damaged our driveways. Even it's not his company's fault, he took extra miles to coordinate everything with the dumpster company and resolved the issue. Our family is happy because we chose the right company. -

10 years agoVery pleased. The company worked with me to keep within a budget, were timely and punctual for estimates and appointments. They had a showroom where I could see samples of materials and designs. Contract was well written. They did everything they said they would do and more. The employees were very profession and courteous. Started on time and finished on time and on budget. The handled everything except HOA approval but provided details for this. -

Ian, the owner, is very good at interpreting our ideas into the finished product. Any questions we had were promptly addressed via email. The workers came when they said they would. Excellent workmanship! The custom railings took a little longer, but the wait was totally worth it. The railings are beautiful! We are very happy with our finished deck and railings. We would definitely recommend Decks Unlimited, LLC.
