1 month agoI manage a gym in east Austin that's kind of in an older building. I had a standalone room I needed demolished and opened up. These men came in and knocked it out with no hiccups! Very smooth communication and attention to detail, ive never been in a job site that was so clean. We had 2 large walls knocked down that had mirrors top to bottom, they were able to save all the mirrors we needed and reuse them. I'd highly recommend higher if these folks if you need a project taken care of worry free. Thanks again yall! -

The roof was replaced a year ago, but it left a long, ugly gap in our textured ceiling-we couldn't fix it ourselves without a mess. There were also a couple of sloppily patched spots elsewhere in the house. Shon handled it all with incredible skill and efficiency, going the extra mile to blend the repairs seamlessly with the existing ceiling. We were expecting a big painting job, but once finished it looked like there had never been a problem in our ceiling to begin with. His professionalism shone through: he laid protective coverings for furniture and floors, explained the process clearly, arrived on time, worked without fuss, and stayed late to clean up thoroughly-vacuuming, sweeping, and picking up every bit of debris. During the job, Shon took a couple of quick phone calls with a courteous, kind tone, explaining he was working and promising a prompt callback. Shon was the epitome of professionalism-he didn't do what so many workers do these days, like spending time texting or talking on the phone to friends, other clients, or drumming up new business. He gave full attention to our job and ours alone, and before leaving, he made sure everything was approved, walking us through what he'd done and explaining it all-it was just incredible. He's remarkably dedicated to quality, honesty, and integrity-humble, gifted, and smart, starting quiet but proving efficient. He avoided any mess or disruption, always courteous and considerate: he notified us for arrivals/leavings to secure our cats from darting out, and even helped my husband lift something heavy with kindness and respect. Shon was friendly and easy to chat with, yet business-like, communicating any schedule shifts immediately. Payment was straightforward and worry-free, with reasonable rates for top-notch work. My husband and I spoke after the job was complete, talking about how we wished every person or firm we had hired in the past had the work ethic culture epitomized by Diamond Drywall. They were very particular with the finished product even using a handheld light to ensure the finish was flat and smooth. They were here 4 separate times and conducted a thorough clean up each time. I highly recommend Diamond Drywall. -
