3 years agoSouthern Crawl Space was incredibly professional and I am beyond thrilled with how our crawlspace looks. Our home inspection revealed extreme standing water in the crawlspace requiring a sump pump, and we were concerned with the humidity level as well. Originally we were going to encapsulate our crawlspace and was quoted over $20k. We reached out to Southern Crawl Space, I spoke with Phillip and he was very informative about an alternative to encapsulation that is cheaper and longer lasting. My pest inspectors came out yesterday to treat our new home and commented that our crawl space was absolutely gorgeous (you don't hear that often). We are excited to have a longer lasting solution to our moisture issues at nearly half the cost quoted by competitors with encapsulation. They were quick and efficient with installation as well. Even coming in on the weekend to get it completed when rain derailed their plans. Highly recommend them! -
