4 months agoRiver City Roofing had been recommended by my insurance agent. We had them come out a couple of years ago after a hail storm but they found no damage. However, Aaron impressed me, so when we had hail and a tornado came close we had them back out to assess. At every step, Aaron did what he said he would do; He was on time, he emailed and texted on time. Once he had assessed the roof he submitted info to the insurance company and it was approved not only for a new roof, but gutters also (I wasn't expecting the later). We had to reschedule due to weather, but once they got going their crew were efficient and polite. They cleaned up well and then a few days later Aaron came out for a post install inspection. A couple of months later we had to have a new HVAC system installed which needed a different type of vent/duct on the roof; A simple text to Aaron and he came out the next day and worked with the hvac guys to install them. I can't speak more highly of Aaron and his team. Thanks. -

So happy to be rid of the old style roof vents. My new roof looks beautiful and I'm feeling a lot better about weathering storms. -

10 months agoRoof itself looks and seems good but details weren't as well executed. Gutters and trim were banged up and flashing shows shiny metal underneath which highlights it and also silicone caulk on flashing looks like it is done by someone who has never done it before and is large clumpy blobs not smoothed out. We were asked about flashing color day of and did not understand where it would go and what it would look like. Was told it would be about $200 to fix flashing prior to signing work but later told it would be $800. -

1 year agoFantastic team did a great job on my roof. Worked with Adam Rudell "Rudy", who was exceptionally communicative and personally followed up on the job at each step. Helping deal with insurance was also a big plus! Quality was excellent and work was performed quickly! I really appreciate a high level of professionalism and they delivered! Would highly recommend!
