3 weeks agoI hired Ruben on the advice of my real estate agent to help me bring wiring in my new home up to code and improve general lighting. Ruben was fantastic - not only are his rates reasonable, he made several outstanding recommendations that improved the overall appeal of my new home. He was always asking questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and making helpful recommendations on things I had never considered on switch and light placements. Where others might nickel-and-dime me for additional work like ceiling fan installs, he just took care of it out from his initial bid. He and Nakita were polite and professional - always checking in and providing progress reports. When I raised a concern regarding some finish work around some lights installed after painters had completed their work, he offered to pay my own painter to come address it to my liking. He's even come back and redone work damaged by another contractor (at no cost on a Sunday) because he wanted his work to be well represented. Capable, honest, and professional contractors are hard to find - Ruben definitely fits that mold. Look forward to working with R3 again and will post more photos shortly. -

11 years agoTodd always does such an amazing job for us. He is always very polite and knowledgeable. I am so impressed by the fact that he cleans up after himself the entire time he is working so you never even knew he was there (besides the working electricity). He makes sure and always does the right thing and will never do anything dangerous or halfway. He takes the time to explain things in terms that I understand. I always trust him in my home by himself. He is also very friendly with our toddler and pets. I've never had such an amazing electrician. We use him for all of our electrical needs (at our home and our office). We will never use anyone else. You cannot go wrong with R3 Electric LLC. -

I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and service Todd provided. He arrived as advised and quickly identified the problem. He explained to me the problem and what would be required to repair it. I would definitely recommend R3 and would not hesitate to call in the future. In fact, I already plan on using R3 to replace outlets inside the house due to aluminum wiring. -

11 years agoShowed up early and started right away. Very clean, organized and had all supplies needed for the job. There was no leaving back and forth to get more supplies/parts which was nice. Job was started in the morning and ended before dinner time on the same day. Can not complain about anything. Lights look beautiful.
