2 years agoLarry is one of the good contractors in Charleston!! (those are becoming scarce!) I would not hesitate to hire him and his company again, and I cannot recommend them enough for spray foam insulation. Larry knows building science, he is prompt & courteous, he won't up-sell you more than you need, and most importantly he keeps his word. We used Affordable to spray foam our 2 attic spaces with open-cell foam. One also houses our air conditioner and the other is a storage space. The whole experience was very easy and we are completely happy. Update 1/17/24: we hired Larry to spray closed cell foam on the walls of our crawlspace as part of our encapsulation project. The walls are brick so not easy to seal. Came out great!! -

4 years agoThis company was 100% in every way. Good old fashion Southern Values and professionalism. They came when they said they would for the estimate, the estimate was very affordable, they set up the scheduled time for the job that worked best for my schedule and when the job was completed they did everything they said they would do and no evidence of trash or debris was left behind,! Thank you guys for doing an excellent job!
