9 months agoI have been going to the VA for approximately 15 years and for the last 10 years I've had to use the valet service and I have always been treated with the most respect and I just thought it was time somebody rang the bell for these guys that park your car and get your wheelchair and do everything that they do just want to thank them for their service -

6 years agoJanuary 6 , 2020 This company is Horrible their representative Cindy was most disrespectful inconsiderate and rude person I am a veteran and this company has a valet service at Jesse Brown Hospital in Chicago where I parked my car and they lost my keys to my car to my house which is a building with my tenants in it and then didn't want to replace the keys, locks or replace the keys to my house and said I was at fault for giving the attendant my keys. A great dishonor to every veteran -
