1 month agoBuyer beware! They do not stand behind their warranty guarantee nor return any calls, messages, or texts. We hired them and paid thousands. We tolerated a lot of bad behavior before we said anything. But once they were paid and the paint started to crack (within months) and we asked them to repair under the warranty they showed their true colors. Not to mention leaving food trash in my house, using our new sink to wash brushes, dumping their waste on the backside of a tree in our backyard (which is now dead), bringing their toddler to work, and the daily excuses of why they were behind schedule (including a weather excuse when the job was indoors). The owner is hostile and accusatory. When we had our first round of warranty issues he was unpleasant to deal with and when the 2nd round of cracks/peels appeared and we contacted him for warranty work, he ignored us and then attacked our character on social media by telling lies. We asked for a partial refund to hire another contractor to correct the cracks/peels but was ignored. He claims he wasn't aware of our issues as he's responding to text messages. Go look at Google reviews or Charleston, Berkeley, or Dorchester county court files. Personal or business cases go back a decade. Do not hire or you will be upset! -

1 month agoMr. King (Bradford) is very responsive and quick to complete estimates. He came to my home on Friday, provided an itemized estimate on Monday. Once I accepted, the work was completed on Tuesday. The crew reported on time, completed work as defined, left my home as they found it! Their work was excellent! All work is covered by a one year warranty. I highly recommend them! Tell them, Cindy sent me! You will not be disappointed! -

3 months agoHorrible!-that's putting it lightly Unorganized No communication Sloppy work Unfinished work Ask for deposits, but doesn't deliver as scheduled I'm not one to give a bad review, or any review for that matter, but this one has really moved my nerves. Please interview a few companies before you get swindled into the smarmy sales pitch from old Charleston painting Co. -
