1 year agoMy husband and I were looking to have a list of small projects done around our home due to having a young child and one on the way. We needed some quick repairs within a budget. The gentleman was very professional on the phone and came out within a timely manner to inspect our projects. He gave us an estimate and advised that we could keep/remove any of the items in regards to our budget. Upon receipt of the estimate, we were only able to accept one of the small projects as we had an unexpected car expense earlier in the week and weren't able to accept all of the projects. I provided this information as I responded to the budget, asked for only the most pertinent project to be completed, and requested a new estimate so that we could confirm and get on the schedule. It's been over a week with no response. My husband and I were made to feel as though that one project wasn't important enough. We felt it was unprofessional and would have just appreciated someone being able to come and help with the small repairs as we try and prepare for our growing family. -
