11 years agoI used this design company over a year ago. They had a great sales pitch, but that was it. I have never been so disappointed in a product. It took them nearly a year to produce a stamped copy of plans. They just wanted your check. My building contractor had never seen such a poorly crafted set of plans. I had to return plans to them on over 10 occasions to fix their design. This was a 1000 sqft addition. I nearly filed a lawsuit due to their poor service. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM!
