2 months agoIf negative stars were a thing that's what I would give this company!!! We raked our leaves, bagged them in the brown leaf bags, placed them on the curb over 3 weeks ago and called Carolina Waste to schedule a yard debris pickup. Please tell me why those same bagged leaves are still on the curb? I have called 4 times only for the customer service Rep to promise it will be picked up to no avail. I called YET AGAIN first thing in the morning on yesterday, December 17,2025 even asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. Not only did they NOT call me when I came home the leaves were STILL on the curb!! If they were doing me a favor and NOT charging me then I would have no reason to be upset but I am paying for a service that I am not getting!! If I didn't have to use them I would get rid of this company in a heartbeat. If you have the option of who to choose, DO NOT CHOOSE THEM or you will be at their mercy begging them to do a job that they either refuse to do or aren't capable of doing because they don't have the man power!! Either way I'm pissed because you know what they did send on time?? The bill stating when my next auto draft will occur. They SUCK, do not fall for the niceties offered by the customer service folks as they are made out to be liars because the trash pick up people do NOT follow through and they have no control over it!!! -

2 months agoThey "forgot" to pick up on our street this week. We have all been calling and asking when the will pick up. They have lied every day saying it will be the next. It's one thing to make a mistake but do not lie about fixing a mistake. Just be honest so we don't keep our trash on the street for an animal to get into. The worst company snd customer service!
