2 months agoOn December 16th i called Carolina waste and explained that I had gone out to pick up my trash can as soon as the trash collector left. The trash can was gone, they said it probably fell into the hopper. As of January 12th I have not received a new trash can. I have called them numerous timesnAnd they say they have no trash cans. Call them today, said they just got some in.And they would deliver it soon. I cannot understand why a trash company cannot get a replacement out to a customer in almost a month. -

2 months agoIt's hit or miss when they actually take our trash. Our neighborhood constantly has problems with this company. We can't even change garbage companies because of the county, so we are stuck with them. The trucks constantly break down or have issues, which leads to issues with trash being picked up, we are still waiting ( day 3 ) of our trash not being picked up -

2 months agoAnybody have problems with the way the billing department issues your bill so December 5th I checked the online account it said zero balance due I checked it again a few days ago zero balance due I received an email notification that hit my inbox on December 17th and I checked it this morning and it said I had 3 days to pay a $45 bill something's wrong with the billing department with this company
