1 month agoOur neighborhood recently switched to CWS and has had a few minor hiccups. K. Lewis is an employee who is the definition of quality customer service. In my case, I opened my front door to see the truck go by my house, the young driver stopped next door for their weekly pick-up. He then walked back to my door and knocked to see if I had missed putting my bin curbside. I admitted that I had let time get away from me. He assured me it wasn't a problem, grabbed my bin, dumped it, placed it back beside my garage and then proceeded to tell me to "have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend" on his way back to the truck. This young man is an asset to the company. Edited 1/27/26: I stand behind my previous review of the young man's performance, this edit is due to the company itself. Since they have taken over with the automated trucks if there is an item that will not fit in the rolling bin they simply leave it and drive away. An 24"x12"x48" cardboard box and a 24"x4"x48" cardboard box which clearly could not fit into a bin. They refuse to get out of the truck to do anything manually. I pay a higher price compared to previous providers for a service which has gotten progressively worse as the county switches out our neighborhood provider and we have no say in the matter. -

1 month agoJermaine is the absolute best and the most caring human being! He took it upon himself to revist our home to check on our daughter who had an accident. Not only had he remembered our kids from previous interactions all while maintaining his route, he genuinely cares about the community. 5 stars + 5 stars! Thank you Sir, for being you! -

1 month agoWe've never had such exceptional service before! Jermaine is truly an asset to CWS. My son looks forward to garbage day and Jermaine goes above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming. We always watch the garbage truck and love to see his smile and wave, hear a horn honk, and he even brought lollipops for the kids on the block! -

1 month agoVery good experiences with this trash removing service and especially the drivers. Jermaine (and his trainee) who service us in the red bank area is always super helpful and willing to stop and lend a bend if need be
