9 months agoI wish that all business owners ran their services like Chris Van Vleet does. All projects at our summer cabin were completed on, if not before, the scheduled date. Chris was cheerful, and always communicative and prompt in addressing any of our questions or concerns. He also had some really creative ideas and suggestions about details we had overlooked. 3 years agoChris and his crew removed our older in floor tub, rebuilt the floor, re-plumbed for the new drain and shower. We planned out and installed the Onyx shower product, and it has been wonderful, we were also able to get matching countertop in the bathroom. They were great to work with start to finish! Will definitely look to work with any future products and recommend to family, friends and co-workers. -

4 years agoVanVleet is the BEST! Chris managed our stamped concrete patio, deck, and gutter project perfectly from design to final inspection. The finished product he gave us enhanced our lifestyle and outdoor enjoyment more than we imagined. Chris helped us create the perfect design, select the best products and colors, gave us options we didn't know we had, created a concept sketch, and handled all the permits and inspections. Chris' team moved our outdoor faucet to give us a bigger deck and when he heard there was a leak he was right back out and fixed it. Chris creatively worked with us to run our gutters through a culvert underneath our stamped patio to a drain tube to avoid running an exposed gutter spout over the top of our patio. Just look at all that wood they used on our subframe to our deck! If they wanted to cut corners they would have surely done it where it couldn't be seen, but that's where they doubled down! And check out how they plumbed the garage downspout precisely to the rain barrel my wife wanted near our garden. Once I knew who Chris was I actually ran into him at our local grocery store. So Chris isn't the guy who's going to skip town as soon as he gets your money, he's more like your nextdoor neighbor. Sure there may be cheaper out there, but then that's all your project will ever be. Oh by the way, this review isn't sponsored or coerced in any way. And let me tell you, most contractors I'm all too happy to escort off my property when they're finished, but Chris is the only one who's earned my open invitation to come back any time!
