14 years agoThey did a very careful job. They had heavy equipment they left here for the 3 days while they were working here. As soon as it was a dry spell, they came right out. I like that they waited to do the work until they could do it uninterrupted. They called us the night before to let us know they'd be coming out the next day. They left the key to the garage safely inside when they had finished working. They were thorough and professional. They also removed a tree stump right along the driveway at no additional charge.

FAQ
How does KTK Construction Inc determine pricing for concrete and asphalt work?
We provide custom quotes based on the specific details of your project, including the size of the area, surface condition, materials needed, and scope of work. Since concrete driveways, parking lots, and asphalt paving vary widely in complexity, we assess each job individually to give you an accurate estimate. Contact us with photos or a site description, and we'll walk you through what the work involves and what it will cost.
Are you licensed and insured to handle my driveway or parking lot project?
KTK Construction Inc operates with proper licensing and maintains the credentials required for concrete and asphalt contracting work in Minnesota. We carry the necessary insurance to protect both our crew and your property during the job. Before hiring any contractor, it's always smart to verify current licensing status with your state or local licensing board and confirm insurance coverage is in place.
Does KTK Construction Inc handle handyman tasks beyond concrete and asphalt work?
Yes, we offer handyman services alongside our core concrete, asphalt, and drainage work. This means we can tackle a range of projects from cabinet installation and minor repairs to site preparation and finishing touches. If you're unsure whether your specific task falls within our scope, reach out directly and we can let you know what we can handle for you.
What should I expect in terms of timeline and scheduling when you start work?
KTK Construction Inc schedules work based on weather conditions and project complexity, which is especially important for concrete and asphalt jobs that require proper curing time. We coordinate arrival times with you in advance and work methodically from site prep through final touches to ensure quality results. Weather delays are sometimes necessary to protect the integrity of your finished surface, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
How does KTK Construction Inc handle cleanup and debris removal after the job is done?
We manage site cleanup as part of our standard process, removing equipment and debris once the work is complete. Our crew takes care to leave your property in good condition, with surfaces ready for use. If you have specific concerns about how we'll handle waste or site restoration, let us know during the initial consultation and we can address those details upfront.
Why is hiring a professional better than attempting concrete or asphalt work yourself?
Professional concrete and asphalt work requires proper equipment, material knowledge, and technique to ensure surfaces last for years. DIY attempts often skip critical steps like subgrade preparation, correct compaction, and proper curing, leading to premature cracking or failure. Our crew has the experience and tools to do the job right the first time, saving you money on costly repairs down the road.
