5 months agoI contracted with Deep Roots Tree Care to do some pruning and three basic removals. Late on the evening prior to the scheduled work, Jeremy canceled. When asked to reschedule, Jeremy blocked me. I've been unable to reach him since. It's difficult to put faith in someone to to a dangerous and challenging job when they can't even be bothered to reschedule a job they cancel on. I hope in the future that Jeremy gains the professionalism that this job requires, because he actually is a decent climber. -

How does Deep roots tree care LLC determine pricing for tree pruning and removal?
We assess factors like tree size, location, condition, and job complexity to provide custom quotes. Estimates are tailored after an on-site evaluation to ensure fairness and transparency. This approach accounts for equipment needs and safety measures required for each project.
Are you licensed and insured for tree services?
Deep roots tree care LLC carries the necessary licensing and insurance to protect homeowners and our crew during tree work. We maintain general liability and workers' compensation coverage for all jobs. Homeowners can request proof before we start to confirm compliance with local requirements.
Does Deep roots tree care LLC handle leaning or damaged trees in tricky spots?
We specialize in pruning, tree removals, and safely managing leaning or damaged trees, even in challenging positions. Our crew uses proper equipment and techniques to address these hazardous situations without risking property or safety. This includes work near streams or other difficult terrain as shown in our job photos.
What should I expect for scheduling and arrival with you?
We communicate clearly about timelines and accommodate fast scheduling when possible, showing up on time even in tough weather. Expect prompt responses to set up work dates that fit your needs. Our process prioritizes efficiency to minimize delays.
What does Deep roots tree care LLC do with debris and cleanup after tree removal?
We clear all tree debris and neatly pile logs, leaving your property secure and tidy, as seen in our stream bank cleanup photos. Crews handle waste removal to keep sites clear of branches and wood chips. This ensures your yard is ready for immediate use post-job.
Why is hiring you safer than attempting tree removal DIY?
Our professional crew has the training, safety gear, and specialized tools like chainsaws for high-risk tasks such as cutting in precarious spots. DIY efforts often lead to injuries or property damage due to lack of equipment and experience. We follow safe practices to handle adverse weather and complex jobs that homeowners cannot manage alone.
