1 year agoBefore I can explain why David Hart (owner of Roofmax, Denver) was such a pleasure to work with, you have to understand my experience with traditional roofers. I had a big roof leak in my house. As with most people, I called a few roofers to come by to give me their expertise. To the person, they all told me that I had enough hail damage to require a new roof for my whole house. All they showed me were a few dented roof shingles. They then told me that I wont be too much out of pocket because they can help me get my Insurance to pay for most of it. Now I have seen insurance rates triple when owners make too many claims. Unlike what most people think, roof replacement claim is not ultimately free. Insurance companies always make their money back. So I asked the roofers to bid on just replacing the small portion that leaked. The bids came back ridiculously high. Then I lucked out and found David Hart at Roofmax. He fixed all my roof issues AT COST, rejuvenated my roof for a fair price, and gave me a 5 year roof warranty!!! Now I haven't crawled up on my roof to see the results, but the technology makes sense as our Colorado sun vaporizes the oil out of all asphalt products. The shingles get brittle as the oil is removed. The oil needs to be replaced just as all asphalt driveways need to have oil replaced every few years. Or lotion to your hands. Now, most roof warranties are basically worthless, if you read the fine print from any of the major shingle manufacturers, you would understand why they nearly NEVER pay. But I trust David Hart is a good man and will take care of me should a problem arise. I will update this review in a few years. -

We recommend scheduling a free inspection so we can assess your roof and provide an accurate estimate tailored to your home.

Does Roof Maxx of S Aurora, CO handle roof repairs in addition to the rejuvenation treatment?
Yes, we provide comprehensive roof care beyond just the Roof Maxx treatment. We start every project with a full roof tune-up that includes fixing leaks, securing loose shingles, and sealing flashings to ensure your home stays protected. This foundation work prepares your roof for the rejuvenation treatment, addressing existing damage before we apply the plant-based oil that restores flexibility and waterproofing.

Our team is responsive to scheduling requests and works quickly to minimize disruption to your home. Contact us to book your appointment, and we'll confirm arrival times that work with your schedule.
What happens to debris and mess after Roof Maxx of S Aurora, CO treats my roof?
The Roof Maxx treatment is a non-invasive spray application that doesn't require removing shingles or creating construction debris. Unlike full roof replacement, there's no dumpster, no torn-off materials, and no extensive cleanup needed. Your home is left clean and protected, with only the rejuvenation treatment applied to restore your asphalt shingles.
Why is professional Roof Maxx treatment better than trying to handle roof maintenance myself?
Professional application ensures the treatment penetrates properly into your shingles and reaches all areas of your roof safely. Our team has the equipment, expertise, and safety training to work at heights and assess whether your roof qualifies for treatment or needs repairs first. We also back every application with a five-year transferable warranty, giving you protection and peace of mind that DIY approaches cannot provide.
