  Start to finish, a wonderful experience. Professional, communicated clearly and often, and had full transparency at all times regarding what each piece of the process would cost. Could not recommend more highly! Recently, we had our bathroom remodeled after we discovered a leak in our shower - and we hired Buerger Bros to do the work. Everything, from the plumbing and electrical to the tile work was done significantly above what I would have expected. Excellent work all around. Teams worked consistently, and everyone who came into my home was respectful and kind. They worked to communicate fully with us, and there was not a single moment where I felt surprised by what was happening. I cannot overstate how pleased we are with the work, or the process. Please note that this is not the least expensive contractor in town. The prices are fair for what we had done, and it's worth paying for based on the quality, the communication, and the peace it gave me to know my house was in good hands.

  Would hire again without hesitation! Excellent work, transparent costs, and phenomenal communication. After our experience, Buerger Brothers is my first choice and first recommendation-I'd even wait to get on their schedule! I didn't want to remodel my bathroom yet, but when our shower pan started failing, it became a "must do." We made the calls and got a range of quotes. What made our decision initially was our intake with Buerger Brothers-it was the most comprehensive and data-driven, line-itemized quote I have ever seen. Nothing was "ball parked" or a cookie cutter quote. I didn't get some wild range based on my home value or location, but a real estimate. I was so impressed as it was professional and respectful to me as a homeowner-there was no upsell, but real discussion of what was possible, recommended, and respectful of our budget. I spent my early 20s as an apprentice general contractor-I know how much goes into this (and how much can go wrong). I've been the one to open up walls and find surprises. I know how hard it can be and how difficult it can be to predict. The level of detail that we received impressed me-it was something I wouldn't have dreamed of, and spoke to the dedication and integrity of Buerger Brothers' operation. Christian and his team were exceptional from demolition to finishing. We had frequent communication, no onsite issues, and a real partnership in bringing our vision to life. Every member of the crew was excellent. We knew when inspections were occurring, what needed to be done, if someone was taking time off, and that we weren't being charged for time if something took longer. Nothing was a surprise. Also, our house wasn't a disaster-with young kids, we didn't have to worry about what could happen or about living around an active job site! In short order, our bathroom was transformed-it is better in every single dimension. Never did I feel like I had to manage or make sure we were getting what we paid for (or that we'd end up paying more). There hasn't been a day since completion that I've questioned if this was "worth it." I have many friends who have had the opposite experience and have had to pay 3-4 times what they were originally quoted, or have encountered staffing issues. Not us. What a blessing these guys have been! If you're looking to get work done, don't want to manage it yourself, and don't want to continually ask "am I being taken for a ride?" hire Buerger Brothers. We're not going to get competing offers in the future-we know who we're going with.

  Did a complex job of redesigning and replacing rotten deck posts and rebuilding a damaged deck railing. Their work included new concrete caissons and posts, and rerouting plumbing and wiring too. Results look great and the deck should be good for another 50 years! Well done!

  Buerger Brothers transformed 2 large rooms, a storage room, and a small terrible bathroom into a gorgeous great room, large bedroom and beautiful bathroom. We took it down to the studs, fixed every problem uncovered, with new electrical, plumbing, the works. The finished product -- transforming an an old moderately unpleasant space into an apartment, carved out in the downstairs of my parents home -- is magic. The remodeled space is a peaceful, beautiful oasis within the old house. I appreciate their attention to detail, design extraordinaire, building expertise and professionalism tremendously. Our family is very busy and the support we had every step of the way was outstanding.
