2 months agoBryan came to our rescue! We had parts of the lighting system installed on our house when we purchased it come down. A windstorm left some of the channel and lights dangling and blowing against our house. Ryan respond to my phone call, other companies did not answer or return my call. He came quickly and was able to reattach it - he did so for no charge! He explained that the lights were poorly and incorrectly attached. He said when we were ready to call him for estimates for repairing or replacing the system when we were ready, no pressure at all. It was ma few months before I could get back and ask for estimates for options to replace our lights His crew came and installed our chosen new system properly. They found under sized wire, parts wired in the wrong direction. The control box did not go with the brand lights that we had. His crew diligently installed our new system accurately and it won't come apart in a wind storm! They were conscientious and always very nice to have around. After all was finished Ryan and his wife ( a great couple who manage the business together) gave us about an hour of their time on a Saturday evening to be sure we had the app on our phones, our account was set up properly and that everything was communicating as well as making sure we knew how to use the program and all of the incredible options on the system. I highly recommend working with Blingle! -

2 months agoBlingle quickly came out to do a quote on our Ranch Home in Timnath, Co. The gentleman was easy to work with, asked some questions and turned a reasonable quote around to us the same day. Once we made the decision to move forward, they came out to double check numbers, got us on the schedule and gave us reminders when they were coming out. The team had has some turnover leading up to our installation so the first day they did some training with the new group, and after that got to work. They/Ryan provided us updates along the way and asked some key questions about what we wanted where. Since it was a new group it took a bit longer than a normal installation, but to be expected when there are challenges like this and they made it right in the end. Overall, the end product is fantastic. I love the look and how they navigated some of our roof features, I think it looks clean and sleek, and the app offers THOUSANDS of options that I can't wait to try out. The app synced to our two boxes no problem and the app is very easy to navigate. Overall very happy with our gemstone lights and our Blingle experience and installation. Ryan went above and beyond and came out and did some final touches with us and was incredible to work with through out the journey. Bryant and Ashley!
