1 year agoWould give 10 stars if we could!!! Scott, Arlene and Bryce are just great people! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Their help with the design phase was invaluable, like they knew better than I what I wanted/needed. They did all the "extras" that we wanted as a matter of course. The building phase was very interesting and exciting to watch. There was only a couple of issues and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently with various options/ recommendations stated up front. Honestly, I don't think it could have been better! I'd recommend to anyone. -

If we ever had an issue, changed our minds, or had questions, they were available to us at all times. They create an excellent team together and they made our home building experience seamless. I would 100% recommend them for anyone who is going to be building a home. -

2 years agoMy daughter wanted to build a new home. I had remembered about Wausau homes so she called and processed began. From the first meeting and thru the hold process we found Scott and Arlene to be very knowledgeable and willing to help us on the journey. They gave many suggestions along the way and listened to our concerns. Communication was excellent thru out the process. Scott and Arlene and their son did a SUPER job!! I have been telling folks about our experience with Wausau and their agents and it was a GOOD one!! Wausau needs to advertise more about their company and the whole process. Thanks again for a pleasant experience. -

Their years of experience and insight was invaluable and helped us think of things we wouldn't have on our own. We started with a blueprint we found on another website and they made that become our reality. They guided us through picking out our finishes in a way that was not overwhelming which we are very grateful for. Any questions or concerns that we had along the way were always addressed promptly and respectfully.
