4 years agoJimmy (sales) and Andy (installation) were great. We had Keystone remove old shutters and install new. The new shutters look wonderful. It's amazing what a difference they make! The process was truly painless. Jimmy took measurements and assessed a faulty screen door that he realized was under warranty and connected us with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will be replacing the door thanks to Jimmy's warranty confirmation. Pricing was fair and professionalism was we evident throughout the job. I'll only use Keystone going forward. Great experience!

FAQ
How does Keystone Builders Inc determine pricing for handyman jobs like shutter installation?
We assess pricing based on the job scope, materials required, and labor involved, providing a detailed quote after reviewing your specific project. Free estimates are available to help you understand costs upfront without commitment. This approach ensures transparency, so you know exactly what to expect for services like door repairs or siding work.
Are you licensed and insured for handyman services?
Keystone Builders Inc carries full licensing and insurance coverage appropriate for handyman, roofing, siding, window, and door work in southeastern Wisconsin. Our long-standing presence since 1954 reflects a commitment to meeting local regulations and protecting your property during projects. Homeowners can request proof of these documents before we start any job.
Does Keystone Builders Inc handle specific tasks like cabinet installation, electrical wiring, or gutter repairs?
We manage a range of handyman tasks including cabinet installations, basic electrical wiring in kitchen renovations, and gutter measurements for exterior repairs. Our services also cover door specialization, roofing, siding, and window work to address various home needs. Photos of our team on-site demonstrate these capabilities for projects around Milwaukee.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling handyman services?
We schedule jobs with clear timelines based on project size, often completing installations like new shutters in a single day with our experienced sales and installation teams. Arrival windows are confirmed in advance, typically within a 2-hour block to respect your time. For larger roofing or siding projects, we provide step-by-step updates to set realistic expectations.
What does Keystone Builders Inc do with debris and waste after a job like removing old shutters?
We remove all debris and waste from jobs such as old shutter removal, leaving your property clean and tidy. Our team hauls away materials responsibly, ensuring no mess remains for you to handle. This includes cleanup after cabinet installs, gutter work, or any handyman service to restore your space fully.
Why is hiring you for home repairs safer and better than doing DIY projects?
Our professional approach uses specialized tools and techniques honed since 1954, reducing risks like improper installations that lead to future damage in areas like roofing or windows. DIY often overlooks local building standards, while we apply precise methods from sales consultation to final setup, as seen in shutter replacements. This minimizes safety hazards and ensures lasting results without the trial-and-error of self-repair.
