8 years agoWouldn't recommend to anyone. They don't stand behind the people they subcontract out to. The plumbers they hired to do all the plumbing for our house (Alpine Plumbing) were complete hacks and we've had to replace all the 1in pipes in our 8 year old house. Numerous other things that the builders did in this house were done poorly such as the outlets not even being straight, the spindles on our front porch arent evenly spaced, the stain on the wood inside our house was put on sloppy. How hard is it to get out a level and a tape measure and make sure things are done neat? -

10 years agoTwo words not in Joe Lemel's vocabulary; IMPOSSIBLE and PROBLEM. Through the duration of my kitchen design and remodel I requested several features other contractors would not even consider. The Lemel team rose to the challenges and exceeded my expectations. In any construction project one expects the unexpected. During my remodel the unforeseen was never treated as a problem. Lemel's experience and creativity turned what others would call a problem into an opportunity. My overall experience was very satisfying. I lived in my home during the remodel and was treated with great consideration for privacy and safety. I was informed beforehand what to expect, when the trades were coming and how long projects would take. The subcontractors were equally courteous and willing to give a little extra when needed. I still wake up in the morning and can't believe this beautiful kitchen is mine. The quality of the custom woodwork, granite surfaces and unique design elements are second to none. Support has also been unparalleled and at the end of the day, that's the true tell of who you're working with.
