1 month agoI've resorted to leaving a one star review. I have been waiting since July 2025 to get a cracked window replaced. The window has a lifetime guarantee. I have called once a month since July checking on the status. Dave in production always takes my calls so in terms of communication, they are responsive. The delay impacting us has been blamed on the manufacture. During my December phone call, I was informed the window would be delivered to the warehouse on January 9 and Thebco would call me to schedule the replacement. No Call. No word of any kind. It appears the lifetime warranty means YOU will wait a lifetime for your window to be replaced. This is really unbelievable that a local company would be satisfied with working with a manufacturer such as this when it impacts the customer so negatively. I was told I was not the only one experiencing such a delay. Now here we are in January 2026 with frigid cold temperatures! PSOT SCRIPT: Approximately 2 hours after posting this review, the company called me to say the "parts" were in and scheduled a time (in six days) to replace our cracked window. -

1 month agoA+ highly recommend. I've had Thebco replace 8 openings & 2 exterior doors the past 2 seasons. They will return again this year to update 2 more windows. The product is superior. I have noticed the windows reflect sunlight in summer keeping my house cooler and in the winter keeping cold air out. The install team of Jason & Kyle have been great and I have requested them to return again for next install. Dave Speer is great representative to discuss options when deciding what windows & doors, colors to choose. I switched some areas from double hung to awning style & crank out widows side by side to awning allowing much better scenic views. The storm door I have now is such a better upgrade from what I had previously. I am very satisfied with the quality of product and value when compared to competitors. A local company that is on top of everything from selection to completion. -
