1 year agoI am very disappointed with Thermal Concepts! They are great until they have your money in hand. I had them install a frameless shower door for me and went through Vance Lanig he was very responsive to begin with but once the door was installed he would not follow up with me. The door was not installed properly, it leaked and the door had a gap at the top when it was closed at the bottom the rail that the door tracked on was not level. I called Vance and sent a text to him with no response. I would never recommend Thermal Concepts to anyone! If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star HORRIBLE service! -

1 year agoAs a contractor I use them for my shower glass doors and enclosures. I've always gotten a high end product and finish. The 1 star reviews must be unhappy people. They've done well over 20 high end jobs for me and I've never had an issue with the company or the product once installed. -

1 year agoI was on highway 61 today going north through windsville, this truck came up on my tail. I was driving in the right lane, so close. I had to put on my hazards, and let my vehicle slow down to our normal speed. He stayed on my tail. I continued to go straight and slow down gradually. I could literally see the reflection of my car and the chrome grill on front of the old rusty dirty truck.He was driving completely dangerously.I had my twelve year old in the car with me on the way to school. This is not made up. This is not exaggerated, whoever was driving that truck. This morning, not even ten minutes ago, is a very dangerous driver -
