17 years agoInvoices were incorrect, the cabinetmaker they used on my kitchen was someone they'd not used before and he made a lot of mistakes, the workers scratched my new stainless steel before the project was even completed, we were given incorrect directions for work we performed, the owner was rude, condescending, demanding, very unprofessional, and incorrect in the information she imparted. She made several promises which were not kept. She was consistently late for appointments and just a general nightmare! She told me, 'You're going to hate me during this process' and she was right! -

19 years agoThe project did not proceed beyond the initial planning stages. The information provided was not adequate in that we could not discern the cost breakout for services and materials. The plans never proceeded beyond preliminary sketches. The initial payment was to start work through the design phase, however, because the quality of the planning documents were poor we requested additional detail. The Contractor was not responsive to our requests and have not made an effort to contact us or discuss the failure.
