Nilson was quick to stop by and give us an estimate and even steered us in the direction to make the most economical design choice (when he could have upsold us.) We were scheduled quickly and the job was knocked out in a day. We couldn't be happier with the end result. We'd definitely use Rios Contracting again. -

2 years agoI found Rios Siding by a fluke. I needed a small office remodel and googled - contractors near me. Nilson / Nipali (Uncle-Nephew Team) was one of the contractors that came to bid the job! Although, at the time I didn't realize that specialty is windows and siding, They were about the same price & one of the only other contractors that I called that showed up, but I trusted my gut and hired them for a fairly big job that had to be completed in 5 weeks! "We had to move out of our current lease so had a very tight deadline on a new building that we purchased" These guys under promised and over delivered! I have continued to find jobs for them to do because their whole team is always on time, knowledgeable, extremely hard working and in the end, I feel fair. I have completely remodeled a house and had several other jobs in the past with other contractors and they have never gone so smoothly, and they worked overtime to make sure that we could move in on time! The items that went over budget was on me! They are smaller company, so they know their limit. If you have a larger job, I think it would be a good idea to have an architect draw it up but have full faith that these guys could do it. We now have them helping on jobs around the house! Communication is key! Highly recommend! -

2 years agoWe needed to have a piece of 2nd story vinyl siding affixed that kept blowing down. Small job, but he came out when no one else would. Professional & did a great job. His attention to detail should prevent further problems. I'd definitely consider him if we need more work in the future.
