First, I appreciate his prompt reply to request for service and the fact he shows up! Next, he does a great job of assessing the situation and clearly describing the scope of work both verbally and in his bid. He is reasonably priced and craftsmanship is excellent and they are tidy. He has excellent communication skills and keeps you in the loop whether telling you it may be noisy for a bit or he needs to run out for more material. Finally, he stands by his work with a warranty. It was seamless from beginning to end. Thank you! -

11 months agoI can highly recommend E.S. Leonard Waterproofing, who we used in January 2025 to fix some foundation cracks which were allowing some water to seep into my mom's basement. When I initially called to request a bid, Eric immediately returned my call and set up an appointment, for which he showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and he offered a very cost-effective solution compared to other bids we received. When I accepted the bid and scheduled a tentative start date, he was very proactive and kept me informed of his timeframe throughout the process. On the day he started the project, he called in advance to let me know what time he would arrive. The work was completed in a timely manner, and he and his crew did an excellent job fixing the cracks and cleaning up afterwards. It is now April 2025 and we have had several downpours in the past few months, and there has been NO water in the basement. It was a pleasure doing business with Eric and his company. -
