1 year agoHe can replace and entire bathroom but not a simple faucet. Showed up smelling like alcohol. Then told me something was wrong with my drain so he couldn't do the job. But he didn't tell me. He left the house all sneaky and then texted from his car. Said he would refer me to a plumber. I said ok thank you. He never responded. I am highly disappointed with this super unacceptable professionalism. -

2 years agoWe hired Rob based on several sources and we are so pleased with the job he did. When he bid the job at first I thought it was a bit high but when he installed the vanity, Rob foresaw that the interior shelf would need to be cut, plumbing screws removed from the wall, and the baseboard cut to allow the cabinet to be flush. He also installed the faucet and tp hardware, doing an excellent job and completing everything in a couple of hours. My bathroom looks great. Would definitely hire him again! -

2 years agoThe name admittedly tickled me at first, but I will say that Rob is indeed 'Better Than Your Last Handyman'. Whereas my LAST handyman had no idea what to look for when my fridge went out (a time-sensitive issue), proposing all sorts of strange solutions like "have you tried cleaning the coils in the back" (yes, of course I did) and "why don't you just move the fridge in the middle of the kitchen where there's a working outlet?" (because I want you to fix the outlet and I'm not gonna move my fridge every time I want to operate my dishwasher), Rob immediately knew what the problem was. All he had to say over the phone was, "Did you reset your breaker box?" No. No, I did not reset my breaker box. After I did so, and all my appliances started working again, I profusely thanked him for his time. The next time I'm thinking of calling a handyman, I'd better call Rob! -
