10 years agoOur neighbor uses this company. They told us that they had been trying to get them to come for 6 months and that Treemasters should show up in the next couple of weeks. The reason why we know this is bc Treemasters actually came while they were at work and left a huge mess in our backyard. When trimming the trees, of course leaves and wood chips filled our back area, and there they were left. I called and Tm idea of clean up was to brush the leaves and chips off of our chaises and pick up a few small branches. The owner said that the trees are deciduous and that they would not clean up anything further. There is a big difference between leaves naturally falling off and leaves falling off because trees are being trimmed and spraying wood chips and dust on top of them. The wood chips are the worst. I should think that doing any job includes cleaning up after yourself and not leaving messes and salty feelings. -

10 years agoI typically hesitate to submit a negative review for anyone or any reason. You, know, if you can't say something nice... And, based on their reputation, It appears that Tree Masters might be very good at what they do once they actually do it. But, from my experience, that is where they fall flat. Maybe they no longer feel that little things like returning phone calls or showing up as promised are important business practices in a "boom economy". If so, I wish them luck.... -

12 years agoSteve at Tree Masters is always helpful and honest. He gives you a good price, his guys do a good job and always clean up after themselves. They always show up when they say they will. Really nice guy to do business with and I recommend him without reservation. He gives free estimates. -

12 years agoI hired Tree Masters to trim overgrown trees in the backyard of my rental property. Tree Master's owner, Stephen, and his crew are amazing!!! I never knew trees could be this beautiful! This company is extremely professional, reliable, and, most importantly - THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK! As a matter of fact, after seeing the quality of their work on my rental property, I referred Tree Masters to everyone I know. A few months later, I hired Stephen's landscape company, Royalscape, to landscape my entire backyard. Stephen designed a one-of-a-kind backyard comprised of a beautiful natural stone floor, a hand-made firepit, flowerbeds, and a gazeebo. My backyard looks breathtaking - it's my very own Oasis. I give Tree Masters my highest recommendation in both tree trimming and landscape design. After using them, I would NEVER consider using another tree trimming or landscape company again.
