Mr. Ballard come out to survey the problem and make certain everything was going well. A shout out to Terri in the home office for her help with the number of calls that we made for minor issues. We will be using Ballard, Enterprises for future projects on our property. -

2 months agoOur project included replacing brick and wood retaining walls with more decorative stonework, redoing some garden plots and redecorating with new plants and bushes, replacing landscaping ties, and demolishing and removing a large wooden outdoor shed. Mr. Ballard is personable and relatable. He listened to understand what we wanted done, offered valuable suggestions, and responded to our questions in a clear and understandable manner. We were satisfied with the timeline he laid out for completion, and he kept to his estimate. His proposal was very professional and specific, and we were happy about that. The work crew was very professional and accommodating. They worked hard and completely cleaned up afterwards. The project was finished on time, with no unexpected charges. We are very pleased with the results, and plan on contacting Ballard Enterprises for additional projects. -

2 months agoNelson and his crew did a fantastic job trimming multiple trees in our yard. Have a horribly steep hill in the backyard they had to haul debris up from ... very strenuous ... but the crew tackled it with smiles and the work was done quickly and with great skill.
