1 year agoI work for State Farm, and I needed someone to remove a tree from a customer's home. Chase was very helpful, professional and all around a nice guy. He got out to our customers home within that hour and removed the tree by end of day. -

1 year agoNov 2024 --- Buyer beware. Due to health considerations I cannot pickup and stack firewood. I ordered 1 rank of firewood from Snyder's to be delivered and stacked. One rank should be a single stack 4' high, 8' long. (Some sites on the web note that a rank is the same as a cord, 4'x4'x8'). What was delivered was 28" high, 8' long. Chase noted that it was light, that he had a new guy loading the truck, and would bring the rest the next day. I made the mistake of taking him at his word (not worth much, apparently), and gave him the check. He never showed. Attempts to contact him resulted in one text message asking if he could call later; never received a call. 4 days later: no wood, no contact. Zero stars out of 5. Would recommend dealing with someone else. Nov26-2024 -- In response to your comment that I should call you (again), please note that in the original review I noted that I had both called and texted to no avail. What should really be happening is that you should be calling/contacting me, and bending over backwards to make this right. -
