3 months agoOverall, we were happy with the speed and efficiency of the crew who came out to haul our items away. A word of caution, however, when you call to receive a quote; I would recommend having them come out first. When I called the person I spoke with gave us a number based on what I said we had and that it might be a little more (or less) than that number. When the team arrived, it was almost double what was verbalized over the phone. In my opinion, an estimate doesn't work out to be double. The crew was very kind about the situation and offered to call the office, which we took them up on, to see if anything could be done. We went ahead and paid the premium as we needed the items gone and didn't want to delay our process any further by soliciting other quotes. The service was good, I just think better transparency on cost needs to happen. We chose them based on word of mouth and because they were Veteran owned. This review is more to let folks know to have them come out first for an estimate.
