2 years agoContracted ASG to install gutters on my home and 5 months later still no gutters and just excuses for delays. They do not keep their word and have horrible customer service. Reported them to BBB and DBPR in Florida. They have not returned my deposit after cancelling project. Have called several times and always get their voice mail then the send a text message. They won't bother speaking to you if you have a complaint. Do Not Use Them!! -

3 years agoI had new gutters installed by this company last August. After the a heavy rain in April, I alerted my salesman, Chris that one side of the house was leaking heavily onto the stairs to my deck and water treatment system below. I texted him a video of the downpour from the faulty gutters. He assured me that someone from their service department would be out to address the problem. I never heard from anyone. I reached out again to Chris in May and was told that he no longer worked there... but that someone from their service and warranty dept. would get back to me ASAP. Once again, never heard back from anyone. I left several messages in June, July and again today--- Not even the decency of a call back. Hopefully the owner will get this message and call me. -

4 years agoThis company's provided an estimate for a simple job at my house in September 2021. I told the estimator on the spot to just get it scheduled. He told me since it is a small job it should be done in about a week. I have had to contact the company several time in an attempt to get the job scheduled. Each time I was given some lame excuse why the scheduling of this job has "fallen through the cracks." I finally was able to get the job scheduled for January 7, 2022 at noon. As I write this it is 3:45 pm and have not seen their crew and have not received a phone call from them. -

6 years agoGarbage customer service. Gave them 50% deposit when they asked for 30% they forgot about my job for almost 7 months until I called in to complain it hadn't gotten done.. They make up prices as they go. The one house they did do for me is leaking in 3 different places already and its been less than a year of the install. They half assed the gutter layout causing improper operation. RUN AWAY! :) -

The installers arrived shortly thereafter and were pleasant, neat, efficient and professional in every way. We are very pleased with the interaction from start to finish; the quote, the job provided, and the interaction with office staff.
