2 months agoWe absolutely love our new deck. The craftsmanship is excellent and it's clear a lot of care went into every detail. The project was also completed on time despite starting during late fall/early winter. What really stood out was how conscientious and knowledgeable Joe and his project manager Louis was. Joe gave us great advice on how to time our project so it would be more reasonable from a cost and planning perspective, while still making the biggest impact. That guidance made a real difference and showed he genuinely cared about the outcome, not just the job itself. We couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend Boston Exterior Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work and honest, helpful guidance. -

2 months agoI have worked with Joe & Luis many times and they always come through with excellent work, reliability and customer service. They sided my home 5 years ago and it looks like new. I had the electrical panel moved and called them on a Tuesday night to ask if the replace and cover old panel and they were at my house the next day. This is a team you can trust!! Highly recommend and would give more stars if I could -

2 months agoI recently had Grayne vinyl siding & Harvey's windows installed in my home. My initial interaction with Joe went very well. It was great to see sample products they used at their showroom. Joe answered all my questions & concerns. After visiting their showroom in West Roxbury we took a tour of some of their completed projects in the area. This made it easy for my wife and I to decide on colors and type of vinyl siding. Luis the project manager & his crew deserve an A+ for outstanding customer service, communication & hard work in the freezing cold. It was a ton of work as they had to strip the layer of wood shingles down to the sheathing. The end result is a home that looks great & we get compliments all the time now. 7 months agoJoe knows his stuff. Joe has probably single handly made the Parkway area into the vibrant area it is now with all his work. Each one of his jobs is a work of art. The homes go from 1930s recession to 2020s modernization. Is there anyone more trustworthy and knowledgable in the area, if you find them let me know. The job sites I have seen he lives clean... Cleaner than when they started. Explains everything thats gonna happen. Also from the SM presence seems to be visiting trade shows to make his materials and work better. Giving us the customer more and better options. -

Great team top-to-bottom, communicative, good and honest work, timely outcomes, beautiful craftsmanship, and they really cared about my experience with them as much as my satisfaction with the project. I'll definitely be sending more work their way in the future. If only my plastic surgeon was as good with exteriors as Boston Exterior was with my home I'd have it all.
