My sales rep, Eric Fleming, was responsive and flexible, offering several transparent price-point options. Everything was completed in a timely manner. 5 months agoA contractor installed a gas fireplace in the corner of my living room without any insulation. Consequently, whenever it got cold outside and I wasn't using the fireplace, cold air would flow into my living room. I contacted three insulation specialists to fix it, but only Custom Insulation came through. They cut a hole in the wall and filled the void behind and around the fireplace with blown-in mineral wool and did a great job patching the hole and cleaning up after themselves. Great job! -

11 months agoCustom Insulation replaced the defective flooring insulation under my sunroom with closed cell insulation and insulated sheathing. They removed the defective insulation which was mice infested and disposed of it very carefully leaving no debris. They took pictures of the removal area and then progress pictures on the new installation. Very professional and reassuring. The pricing was also very good. They are now about to do a similar job for my neighbor. -
